WEEK SIX

DAY THIRTY-SIX 4th June
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:2/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes without milk and a coffee round 120 cals.
lunch/dinner: apple, plum and veg soup round 170 cals.
workout: ran for 30mins and burned off 350 cals, i also did my thigh workout and 50 sit ups.

DAY THIRTY-SEVEN 5th June
bottles of water:3/3 green teas:2/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee round 150 cals.
lunch/dinner: apple, and some cooked vegtables (a baby potatoe, three tomato slices, 6 courgette slies and two mushroom) plus a salad which was around 100 cals.
workout: 30 min run and 50 sit up. burned 350 cals

DAY THIRTY-EIGHT 6th June
bottles of water:2/3 green teas:1/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee round 150 cals.
lunch/dinner: apple, a plum and some pasta with tomato and veg round 150 clas. i then had i little biscuit thing that my made and i had to eat it or my dad would throw a fit which was around 100 cals.
workout: 30 mins running and 50 sit ups burned 350.

DAY THIRTY-NINE 7th June

Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee round 150 cals.
lunch/dinner: apple then had 3 egg whites, mushroom and spinach round 150 cals.
workout: ran for 30 then did the couch workout and 50 sit ups, burned 350.

DAY FOURTY 8th June

Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee round 150 cals.
lunch/dinner: 2 mushrooms in slices, 6 courgette slices, 4 obajine slices, 4 potatoe slices and 4 tomato slices all cooked in a pan with cal spray. round 150.
workout: 30 mins run and 50 sit ups. burned 350.

DAY FOURTY-ONE 9th June

Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee round 150 cals.
lunch/dinner: didnt really eat but when we go back from the concert my little sister gave it away that we hadnt eaten anything so my mum made us eat some bean soup very late :( i only had a few spoons full but im probs going to give that round 200 clas.
workout: had to work out early because i had a concert in the afternoon. 30 mins and 50 sit ups. burned around 350 cals. and thats not including all the jumping i did at the concert! lol x)

DAY FOURTY-TWO 10th June
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:2/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes without milk and a coffee round 100 cals.
lunch/dinner: made the tiniest bit of brown pasta with tomato and veg plus the inside of a bread fish my mum made me eat. so round 150 cals and then i picked on some granola which was round another 50 cals. as of tomorrow i am forbidding myself to eat granola because its high is calories.
workout: same as always, 30 mins and 50 sit ups round 350 cals.
