WEEK FIVE

DAY TWENTY-NINE 28th May
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:1/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee 150 cals. plus 8 almonds
lunch/dinner:not really a meal, had an apple, a slushie and a granola bar :/ round 250 cals
workout: didnt really feel motivated today, hence the fail of a meal nevertheless i still pushed myself and i feel soo good right now, super proud! burned 230 cals.

DAY THIRTY 29th May

Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee 150 cals. plus 8 almonds
lunch/dinner: it was my dads birthday so i had to eat later in the day round 8-9pm, i had half a cup of turkish lentil soup and roud 4-5 potatoe wedges so thats probs round 300 cals.
workout: again as it was my dads birthday i had to work out earlier, round 4pm so i guess its good that i did that because i wouldnt have been able to later as my house would have been full of guests. i burded 230 cals :)

lunch/dinner: i made myself three scrambled egg whites, mushroom and spinach round 100 cals.
workout: didnt really feel motivated but i know this is usual for the few weeks of excirsing, burned 230

Breakfast: branflakes without milk and a coffee round 120 cals.
lunch/dinner: had a tuna salad only ate half the can so it was about 50 cals. however my mum later forced me to eat some chinese take away so i had round about cup/ 200 grams of prawn chow mein which would be round 280 clas.
workout: worked out for logger because as of next week i will be running 30mins instead of 20 and adding some tuning excirses. soo today burned 345cals.

WEEK FOUR

DAY TWENTY-TWO 21st May

Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee 170 cals.
lunch/dinner: brown wholemeal organic pasta around 50g and mush room, spinach and oinons plus two egg whites. round 200 cals. whated to do my work out last night round 8-9ish but my sister was watching the one tree hill final episode so i couldnt because my running machine is really loud and in the living room plus it was a double so it ended up finishing a 11 which was way too late :( i'll work out tomorrow morning to make up for it!

EARLY BINGE DAY OF THE FORTNIGHT. went to thorpe park with my friends for my friends birthday soo i decied to use up next fortnights binge day. i did have an awesome time tho, was totally worth it, so next time i will be binging will be for my birthday on the 15th of june :)

WEEK ONE

DAY ONE 30th April

Breakfast: ate at school cause i didnt have time to eat at home. i had 2 tangaries, an apple and a hand full of dry branflakes which would be a total of around 250 cals. its a bit much i think.
lunch/dinner: fried a tuna steak using 1 cal spray and had a tomato, lettuce and celery salad. probs round 120 cals and really yummy! i also turned down a lot of junk food today, so happy n_n

DAY TWO 1st May

Breakfast: ate at school again this might be a new thing of mine, it really helps keep you full though :) 2 tangarines again, an apple and a hand full of dried branflakes which is around 250 cals again.
lunch/dinner: 2 scrambled eggwhites with a pinch of mottsarella cheese with a tomato and celery salad round 150 cals. it was kind of hard but i made it through, thought about giving in and starting again after exams and then realised that i was always gonna have excuses as to why i should give in, i just have to fight against them.

Breakfast: ate at school, i had 3 tangarines again, and a hand full of dried branflakes which is around 200 cals again. this was good for breakfast but my boyfriend also bought me a fruit salad witch was 150 cals. i felt bad and it put me abit down but i told myself atleast it was a healthy snack.
lunch/dinner: 3 scrambled eggwhites with mushroom and spinach and some tomato and lettuce salad 150 cals. i really recomend this if you like mushrooms and spinach of course >.< its super yummy and really low in fat and calories.
