WEEK NINE

DAY FIFTY-SEVEN 25th June
bottles of water:3/3 green teas:3/3  herbal tea: 1/1
Breakfast: branflakes without milk and a coffee round 100 cals.
lunch/dinner: an apple, 50 cals and pea soup 150 cals,
workout: 40 mins run and 100 sit ups, 10 leg lowers, thigh work out. burned 470.

DAY FIFTY-EIGHT 26th June
bottles of water:3/3 green teas:2/3 herbal tea: 1/1
Breakfast: branflakes withoutm milk, coffee 100 cals
lunch/dinner:  melon, 50 cals, then had some left over soup 150, then had some more in a cup 100 cals. not good, i was every weak and then pay for it in my work out.
workout:  40 mins run then 100 sit ups. felt really hard because i had eaten so late. no going to happen again, burned 470 cals.

DAY FIFTY-NINE 27th June
bottles of water:1/3 green teas: 1/3  herbal tea: 1/1
Breakfast: branflakes no milk and coffee, 100 cals.
lunch/dinner: apple and abit of branflakes, 100 cals then mushroom and spinach omelette with salad. 100 cals.
workout:  40 mins run and 100 sit ups, 10 leg lowers,  burned 470.

DAY SIXTY 28st June
bottles of water:3/3 green teas:33 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: brandlakes, no milk, and coffee, 100 cals
lunch/dinner: fruit salad, 100 cals, 2 peanut butter sandwhiches, 300 cals. lost control but will make up for it in work out.
workout: 60 min run, then 100 sit ups, thigh workout. burned 700 cals.

DAY SIXTY-ONE 29th June
BINGE DAY OF THE FORTNIGHT

DAY SIXTY-TWO 30th June

lunch/dinner: tuna salad 100 cals.
workout: parents wouldnt let me workout because wegot home too late :(

Breakfast: branflakes no milk and coffee, 100 cals.
lunch/dinner: apple and banana and a small bowl of couscous, 200 cals.
workout: worked out for 40 mins, burned 500 cals.
