DAY FOURTY-THREE 11th June
bottles of water:2/3 green teas:2/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes without milk and a coffee round 100 cals.
lunch/dinner: had a tuna salad round 100 cals. mum made me make myself some food so had round a handful of cooked veg but then ate some cereal so that was proms another 150 cals :( no point in being disappointed, i need to turn this around by tomorrow!:)
workout: ran for 30mins, 50 sit ups and thigh workout.

DAY FOURTY-FOUR 12th June

lunch/dinner: had a tuna steak with a small potato and a tomato salad round 200 cals.
workout: 30 min run and 50 sit ups. burned 350.

DAY FOURTY-FIVE 13th June

Breakfast: same as always branflakes without milk and a coffee, 100 cals
lunch/dinner: snaked on some branflakes, not good and cant happen again so round 100 cals and tuna steak with salad. round 120 cals.
workout: same as always 30 mins run and 50 sit ups

DAY FOURTY-SIX 14th June

Breakfast: branflakes without milk and an apple.
lunch/dinner: had some crunchynut round 12 that was probs around 200 cals but purged and then my mum forced me to eat a plate of past with was around another 200 cals.
workout: worked out for longer because it was abit of a messy day, 45 mins run, thigh workout and 50 sit ups. burned 500 cals!!

DAY FOURTY-SEVEN 15th June
BINGE DAY, it my 17th birthday and ive saved my binge day for it so i can enjoy it! xx

lunch/dinner: watermelon, 2 scrambled egg whites with spinach, mushroom and onion. 150 cals.
workout: 30 mins run and 50 sit ups burned 350

DAY FOURTY-NINE 17th June
bottles of water:0/3 green teas:0/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes with skimmed milk, 150 cals.
lunch/dinner: watermelon and some cherries so that was probs around 75cals and then had qourn chicken and veg soup, round 150 cals.
workout: 30 mins run and 50 sit ups.
