WEEK TEN

DAY SIXTY-FOUR 2nd July
bottles of water:2/3 green teas:2/3 herbal tea: 1/1
Breakfast: weetabix with skimmed milk, 85 cals
lunch/dinner: green apple, 36 and couscous with a Quorn burger 256
workout: 40 mins run and 100 sit ups, 10 leg lowers, thigh work out. burned 500.

DAY SIXTY-FIVE 3rd July
bottles of water:3/3 green teas:2/3 herbal tea: 1/1
Breakfast: weetabix with skimmed milk, 85 cals
lunch/dinner: watermelon, 46 cals and same as the day before couscous and burger, 256, then  binged on granola, 1 cup, 110.
workout:  60 mins run, burned 700 cals and then 100 sit ups.

DAY SIXTY-SIX 4th July
bottles of water:3/3 green teas: 2/3 herbal tea: 1/1
Breakfast: branflakes no milk and coffee, 100 cals.
lunch/dinner: watermelon and strawberry fruit salad, 92 and then omelette 62 cals.
workout: 40 mins run and 100 sit ups, 10 leg lowers, 5 sets of 30 crunches burned 500.

DAY SIXTY-SEVEN 5th July
bottles of water:3/3 green teas:33  herbal tea: 1/1
Breakfast: branflakes without milk and coffee, 100 clas
lunch/dinner: apple, 36 cals and almonds 106 cals, eek that wont happen again! the i had quorn mince stuft mushrooms and 3 slices of halumi cheese, 142 cals.
workout: 40 mins run, 100 sit up and thigh workout! burned 500 cals.

DAY SIXTY-EIGHT 6th July
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:23  herbal tea: 1/1
Breakfast: branflaks no milk and coffee, 100 cals
lunch/dinner: watermelon and half a banana, 82 cals, halumi and vegs with spinach salad, 79 cals.
workout: 40 mins run, 100sit ups, 10 leg lowers, 5 sets of 30 crunches, burned 500 cals.

DAY SIXTY-NINE 7th July
bottles of water:23 green teas:3/3 lemon honey tea: 11
Breakfast: branflakes, had too much tho, 196 cals.
lunch/dinner: mushroom, onion and spinach, 28 cals and then i binged on some granola, 189 cals.
workout: 60 mins run, 100 sit ups. burned 700 cals

DAY SEVENTY 8th July
bottles of water:3/3green teas:3/3 lemon honey tea: 1/1
Breakfast: brankflakes and coffee, 98 cals.
lunch/dinner: an apple and strawberries, 59cals then had a tuna steak and salad, 99 cals.
workout:  60 mins run, 100 sit ups and 5 sets of 30 crunches, burned 700 cals.
