WEEK TWO

DAY EIGHT 7th May
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:1/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: had a bowl of branflake with a bit of milk, 170 cals and coffee, the usual:)
lunch/dinner: had a bowl of soup in-a-cup again, really need to start eating propper meals lol xp any ways had that and a spinach and tomato salad round 170 cals. was really hungry after that but i pulled through :)

DAY NINE 8th May
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:0/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: had a handful of branflakes and coffee, 120 cals:)
lunch/dinner: made myself some lovely and very healthy veg bake, round 150 cals :)
[TOTAL CALS OF THE DAY 270]

DAY TEN 9th May
bottles of water:2/3 green teas:1/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: forgot my branflakes at home so bought a fruit salad and a coffee! round 100 cals.
lunch/dinner:  went for some carbs today had around 60-70 grams of pasta, i think, with mushrooms, onions  and spinach round 300 cals im guessing. pretty good for past tho :)

DAY ELEVEN  10th May
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:1/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes and a hand full of grapes! round 170 cals.
lunch/dinner: made myself some spray fried vegs and egg whites and a salad on the side round 170 cals.

DAY TWELVE 11h May
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:1/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes and an apple and then i treated myself to chai tea latte (grande) but couldnt even finish half of it! round 270 cals.
lunch/dinner: some soup in-a-cup and a salad round 170 cals.

DAY THIRTEEN 12h May
bottles of water:1/3 green teas:0/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
Breakfast: branflakes with milk an apple and a coffee 170 cals.
lunch/dinner: a spoonful  of sushi rice, obajines slices and 2 egg whites round  170 cals.

DAY FOURTEEN 13h May
BINGE DAY OF THE FORTNIGHT. not even gonna think about it lol xp
