Breakfast: branflakes with milk and a coffee 170 cals.
lunch/dinner: brown wholemeal organic pasta around 50g and mush room, spinach and oinons plus two egg whites. round 200 cals. whated to do my work out last night round 8-9ish but my sister was watching the one tree hill final episode so i couldnt because my running machine is really loud and in the living room plus it was a double so it ended up finishing a 11 which was way too late :( i'll work out tomorrow morning to make up for it!

lunch/dinner: tuna steak and a giant mushroom with salad 150cals. ive decided do start working out tomorrow next week because im taking medication that makes me dizzy and sleepy and it gives me really horrible headaches so since im finishing my medication next week.

lunch/dinner: had a lovely letuce and tomato salad with a few prawns on top. then a slice of water melon!!! 100 cals

lunch/dinner: had some water melon round 40 cals. i then had tuna steake with three new baby potatoes, three mushrooms and half a tomatoe! round 150 cals. t'was nommy!
