Breakfast: ate at school cause i didnt have time to eat at home. i had 2 tangaries, an apple and a hand full of dry branflakes which would be a total of around 250 cals. its a bit much i think.
lunch/dinner: fried a tuna steak using 1 cal spray and had a tomato, lettuce and celery salad. probs round 120 cals and really yummy! i also turned down a lot of junk food today, so happy n_n

lunch/dinner: 2 scrambled eggwhites with a pinch of mottsarella cheese with a tomato and celery salad round 150 cals. it was kind of hard but i made it through, thought about giving in and starting again after exams and then realised that i was always gonna have excuses as to why i should give in, i just have to fight against them.

DAY THREE 2nd May

Breakfast: ate at school, i had 3 tangarines again, and a hand full of dried branflakes which is around 200 cals again. this was good for breakfast but my boyfriend also bought me a fruit salad witch was 150 cals. i felt bad and it put me abit down but i told myself atleast it was a healthy snack.bottles of water:1/3 green teas:1/3 lemon honey tea: 0/1
lunch/dinner: 3 scrambled eggwhites with mushroom and spinach and some tomato and lettuce salad 150 cals. i really recomend this if you like mushrooms and spinach of course >.< its super yummy and really low in fat and calories.

Breakfast: ate at school, forgot my fruit and only had a hand full of branflakes then a coffee round 100 cals.
lunch/dinner: made my self a vegtable soup in-a-cup and ate some celery sticks which was round 170 cals. i actually didnt eat anything after that :D

Breakfast: had a bowl of branflake with a bit of milk which would be round 170 cals. didnt bother going to school because i dont have lessons and so far so good :)
lunch/dinner: i made myself 2 scrambled eggwhites with mushrooms and spinach and lettuce, celery and tomato salad, round 100 cals. t'was yummy! n_n

Breakfast: had a bowl of branflake with a bit of milk which would be round 170 cals. i then made myself a coffee :)
lunch/dinner: bowl of soup in-a-cup 150 cals. i then went to my bestfriends birthday party, loads of food, chocolate two, sooo tempting but i think i did pretty good i only had a few drinks and then 2 lolly pops. reeaaallyyy proud!
