lunch/dinner: tuna steak, fried with cal spray and a lettuce and tomato salad. round 100 cals.

DAY SEVENTEEN 16th May

lunch/dinner: tuna steak again with a lettuce and tomato salad, i had some suger-free vegaterian jell-o so round 150 cals.
worked out: 230 cals burned

lunch/dinner: had a fruit pot then 2 scrambled egg whites with mushroom, spinach, red pepper and onions plus a salad round 150 cals.

DAY TWENTY 19th May
EARLY BINGE DAY OF THE FORTNIGHT. went to thorpe park with my friends for my friends birthday soo i decied to use up next fortnights binge day. i did have an awesome time tho, was totally worth it, so next time i will be binging will be for my birthday on the 15th of june :)
